Hi all...I've never counted calories in my life. Trying something new to help lose the weight. I'm Tina and I have a 9 thousand questions.😁

I've been here for almost 10 years, a year of weight loss then maintaining a healthy weight since. I've found the Community here to be very helpful. If you have specific questions, post them in whatever seems like the closest topic area, and I predict people will do their best to help you succeed.
Reading other people's posts and their replies can also be informative. Doing that helped me a lot when I was first new. Most topic areas here have a "Most Helpful Posts" sub-topic. Posts in there are ones that users found so good/useful that they asked for them to stick around long term rather than slipping into history. (Therefore, they're sometimes called "the stickies".) Those can be very useful - good to chip away at reading to learn some good tips.)
