If you’re looking for easy and healthy, this one’s got you covered. Start with a large skillet. Trim the fat and cut up a sirloin steak. Cook until “medium” with a little pink on the side.

Add a chopped red pepper, orange pepper and half a red onion. Saute until tender. Add a can of petite diced tomatoes and sprinkle half a bag of McCormick Zesty Herb marinade (powder) and simmer. Heat a bag of Ben’s whole grain brown Ready Rice and add, then stir. This only needs another minute or two to heat through and it’s ready to eat. So incredibly delicious…one of my routine dinners in the rotation!

Makes enough for three meals. Dinner, lunch and freeze one for later.
