Check off food eaten

There should be a way to “check off” what you’ve already consumed for people who like to enter their meals for the whole day. And a way to toggle between calories/macros planned for and consumed. I know that I need to fidget with my meals at times to get my macros just right and that marking off what I’ve consumed as I go helps keep on track throughout the day
