I’ve had the app for years and used it on and off but never explored the community features. I’m still not sure I know how this works but since menopause and life lately has added 30-40 pounds to my physique I’m trying to figure it out. I can feel the toll the extra weight is taking on my body. Looking for others who would like accountability friends.

    Me too! I have also been a member for years and just use the basics. There is so much here to learn…but truthfully…not easy! I would like to join your group, and just hope I can find this again! I put on weight over Covid (now 5 yers ago) and can't seem to get back to where I was…when I also wanted to lose another 10! So all in all, I have approximately 15 to lose. But don't let that number fool you….it's unbelievably difficult to do! Anyway…look forward to posting progress together!

    I just started MFP again. I want to lose a few pounds (8-10) and get back to a healthier diet. I lost weight and gained a few pounds. I tried this community before but life got in the way. I really need to put some effort into logging my food so I will be accountable.

    Welcome! I’m 7 years past (early) menopause and it’s NO joke. I think there are specific communities for menopause that could be helpful. I finally lost 20 lbs and they are slowly creeping back on. What helped me lose the weight was a sloooooooow but steady pace. Slow wasn’t my choice - the body does what the body does. Keep going!
