hello I am 30 lbs overweight and am trying this app. Any advice?

    Hi @Lindaalbani! Welcome :) Best advice for losing weight is 3-2-1, 3 meals, 2 proteins, 1 carb. With 2 light snacks of something healthy of course :) And WALK 30 minutes minimum every day and HYDRATE with water. Cut out sugar as much as possible. If you eat fresh food and stop having processed food, you will lose weight very quickly.

    I'd prelog healthy meals using the app and then try to stick to it as much as possible!
