Help, calling all female losers!

I am looking for advice from women who have had significant losses. I am over the 100# loss mark and my poor boos are so saggy. I am looking for any advice to tighten up that skin. It is awful, I hate them.

I haven't lost the weight, but I hear that working out the back muscles can help to make the ladies a bit perkier. I'm sure working out the pectoral muscles to some degree would help as well.0

I know I haven't loss a lot...but one of the first areas I lost were my breasts..(besides the bum) and it depressed me so much!!! I thought they were going to look like that forever...!!! I started doing push ups and chest/back exercises using hand weights(dumbbells) and they bounced back a little and not so horrible..:flowerforyou:0

Congratulations on losing over 100 pounds!
After 80 lbs I went from a 44DD to a 36C. Throughout my weight loss I made sure to do push-ups and strength training moves to help build up my chest area which helped a great deal and they have stayed up. Maybe try using weights (if you don't already) consistently and see how that goes.0 -

I'm a female loser, but looks like I'm not the type you were looking for.
Weight lifting seems to be the best option for tightening up skin/your overall body.0
