100+ lbs & counting

In Dec 2023 at age 69, my BP spiked & got my wife to take me to ER. While there I had a heart attack. The ER staff did chest compressions for over an hour before mt heart finally stabilized. I was air lifted to a cardiac care hospital where I stayed for 3 weeks.
At the hospital, they recorded my weight at 367. I lost a good bit of eight during my hospital stay.
After a couple months of PT, I joined a gym & got serious about my health. To date, no further heart issues. I am down to 255 & counting. I'm having to buy new pants every other month 😅

great job Jim! I am down almost 125 it’s taken me about 3 years my goal is to get under 200 I’m only 17 pounds away from that goal. At age 61 I feel better than when I was in my 50s for sure. As I’m sure you do as well. Thanks for sharing your story.
