Hi there I have a very small foot ! I wear only a 5 maybe 51/2 in womens 6 are 9 times out of 10 to big. I have yet to find a shoe that I can say i love and is supporting me in a really comfortable way. For those of YOU WITH SMALL FEET can you tell me what shoes you like for walking and also for cardio workouts with classes ect. Yes our little feet may be cute but shoe shopping can sometimes be a real challenge!!
Thanks!

Wow....all i ever seem to see here are size 5 and 5 1/2 shoes!! I guess size availability differs depending on where you are..

I wear a size 9 (at the moment, go down to size 8 when i lose weight) so I can't help you much i'm afraid.

My favorite shoes for walking are Keen Newport's (I bought mine at REI). They are cool on the feet - more like sandals. Also, they are available in youth sizes - might be a better match for your small foot. For regular closed walkers, I like Ryka and New Balance as the heel is more narrow than the competitors.

Hi. I love Ryka shoes. They seem to be sized really well for small / narrow feet (women.) They only design shoes for women, so maybe that is why they seem to fit so well.

Montrail makes some great ones. While I wear a 5 1/2 usually...I always go up 1/2 a size for running shoes due to foot expansion/swelling and needing a bigger toe box so I don't squish my toes.

I like Ryka and Asics. I have an awful time finding those sizes here though. Sometimes I can find them at Kohl's but usually I have to order online.

On a different shoe note - I've found it's almost impossible to find heels in 5 or 5.5 anymore, and I have to try those on first.
