paraplegia and tetraplegia/quadriplegia

Options

Dieting and fitness are huge in this community and our caloric intake is suggested to be 5-15% less depending on your injury. There needs to be an option to select if you have a SCI. I, for example, don’t need 1500 calories to hit my goal weight, but the app doesn’t allow anything below that. End this discrimination🙏

    I'm also a para .. I have mine set at 1000… I'm 5'6" and 120lbs..

    Yeah, you can manually change your calories to whatever you want in your GOALS section.

    As far as exercise calories, you can also override the number the site gives you by typing in the number you want - OR you can create your own new Exercises with your custom numbers.
