New to the App

Hi hi! I’ve had lots of success on Noom losing a whole bunch of weight, but I didn’t keep it off because of huge life changes over the last year and a half. I’m happy to start a new tracking program with the insights that Noom offered me in my arsenal. I have a lot to lose and a lot to gain by being here. Any tips for someone who wants to not only lose weight but also get super jacked by their 40th birthday in March? All tips welcome, and thanks in advance!!
