I've been doing a calorie deficit diet for just over 3 weeks and I've lost a total of 6.6 lbs so far and I'm super excited. I can't wait to continue on this journey as I've still got a lot to lose. Sorry for the post but I just had to share.

    Don't apologize! That's what this community is for! May I ask how much of a deficit have you been doing and what does that look like in the context of your day? It seems like the only way I can cut calories and not feel like I'm depriving myself, especially at night, is when I have a very specific combination of protein and fiber. The problem is I don't know what that combo is; I just know it happens sometimes!

    I have also been really counting my caloric intake every day and log my food before I eat. Once I hit 1000, I'm done for the day. So far I have lost 8 lbs in 7 weeks. Getting excited! Maybe this will happen for me!
