Starting fresh for the umpteenth time. I've been a chronic yo-yoer for the past 10 years since my son's birth. I hope to sweat off 10 lbs this summer with swimming, walking and basketball.
I've cut soda's (after a terrible kidney stone in 2022) and most snacks have been halved for awhile now. I need to work on my water consumption and activity. I have a habit of doing well for a few months and then getting tired of all the effort with no results within that timeframe.
