Changing the hours that mark “a day”

hello I really hope this makes sense because I overnight. I’m wondering if I could set my diary up to begin my day at 10pm and end it at 10 am? That way I don’t have to split my calories into two days.

It's a workaround, not a solution, but you could change your time zone in your MFP profile.
