Hey all,
can you recommend a good pilates DVD or resource on the net? I want to work on toning up, but more importantly flexibility. I will sit and do some stretches, but with no structure I get bored easily.

Having proper positioning and breathing are crucial for practicing Pilates and Yoga. First priority is to make sure that you have the fundamentals down and know how to activate your core. Otherwise you will not receive the full body workout you are seeking and could possibly injure yourself. Additionally, do not rush to the advanced positions prior to mastering the basic ones. Many positions build upon lower level of difficulty. The top three popular Pilates videos which exhibit good pace, levels of difficulty, and explanation are as follows: (1) STOTT PILATES® Intermediate Matwork with Moira Merrithew (2) Pilates Workout for Dummies with Michelle Dozois (3) Beginning Mat Workout with Ana Caban - Gaiam0
