Introduction

hey all!
been here before but back again for some motivation! Turning 47 next week and over the last year have lost about 50lbs with some medical help (not glp 1) but that is no longer an option. Couldn’t be more happy with my weight loss and was fortunate enough to have skin removal/tummy tuck in February 2025. Thought that’s what I needed for motivation to maintain my weight loss but am finding myself back in my old eating/binging habits :( Feels like I have no control @ times. I love to excercise/run. I’m a nurse and work 12 hour shifts in long term care so I’m on the move a lot on work days
Overall, like some/most/a lot of others on here - many obstacles personal, work, mindset, you know all of the above. Wanted to introduce myself look for motivation and community to continue to stay positive and focused
