Vlog Day 2

Update for yesterday:
I got my swim in, 15 minute laps. Had to stop after every lap cause man am I out of shape...
After walked the dogs for almost a full mile and did my house chores and whatnots raking up over 10,000 step at the end of the day.
Listening to audiobooks has kept me on my feet and off the scrolling couch. Currently reading Larry McMurtry's Lonesome Dove series by year chronologically. About a quarter through Comanche Moon (book 2 by year/book 4 by release).
I finished off the day with some basketball, just shooting hoops but it's fun.
I craved salt hardcore and over-ate at lunch with some buldak ramen and pot stickers but the salt really hit the spot and kept me going. While I went over my calorie intake by the end of the day by 200 I ended up working out all day to a plus of 1000, So I think I'm still technically in the negative. I found if I don't get a craving out of the way I binge later so a little bend is better than a break in my opinion.
Today:
I kinda want a break today but I'm up so I'm gonna go swim and walk the boys after and see how I feel.
Body wise I feel okay, I've had some cramping in my feet and my shoulders but that's to be expected going from couch warrior to swimming and walking suddenly.
I'm weighing in everyday I remember before my swim and while it's kinda discouraging I'm trying not to let the numbers bother me.
I also plan to eat kinda light today, I'm not hungry but tonight is pizza Friday for the family... I might try to get wings instead...
