thanks for the welcome! I’m in NW CT.
I’ll put my June goals out there:
Fitness: daily swim, walk, or gym (weights)
Food: nothing after 8pm
Time: have a plan to get things done in the morning and stick with it! I get up very early and it is SO pleasant to while away the hrs….then I run out of steam later in the day.
