Hi I’m Kira 58 years old. I’ve always weighed around 118lbs that annoying person that can eat whatever and never exercise.
That changed when I hit my early 50’s and the lbs started to pile on. I’m now 158lbs and I’m horrified! I’d like to lose 20lbs or at least stop the pile on.
looking for accountability!
