My 30s

Hey everyone. I'm on the other half of my 30s and have become more self conscious about my eating habits and the effect it's taking on my body. I've read many self help articles, subscribed to motivational speakers on YouTube, and have started doing small exercises around the house. My ultimate goal is to look better and FEEL better about myself. My immediate goal is to reduce the amount of junk food I eat daily. Starting small by reducing daily portions then eating it every other day then eating it once a week then cutting it out completely. I plan on progressing each level per month. A realistic goal that wouldn't discourage me. I also want to start doing daily push ups. Starting at 20 a day. Then 30. Then 40. Then 50. I will also progress a level per month along with my eating. I really am excited to do this. Will make weekly posts regarding my mindset and progress.
