Struggling to get started!

About 10 years ago after having my son i had gotten up to 205 lbs. I decided to make a change. I ate healthy and exercised. I was able to get down to 165 lbs. I had my daughter 3 years ago now and got waaaay up to 230 lbs 😢 i cannot seem to find motivation to kick my butt in gear this time. Idk whats wrong with me. Im so reliant on unhealthy food for comfort and happiness. Does anyone have any tips on how i can get back to the grind? Sometimes i do well for breakfast ans lunch then by dinner i hate life and eat awful. Then im too tired for the gym bc i ate horrible. Please help.
