So many health issues, so little time

How do you find the time to be sure you are addressing all things? The macros, the water, the activity, the fiber, the meal planning, meal prepping, and being sure they are within your dietary restrictions intended to lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar, lower inflammation, and so on and on and on? PCOS and a decade of depression has me digging myself out of a grave. Tips and encouragement appreciated.

Honestly, one at a time. If I tried to wholesale overhaul everything to address every small issue, I'd lose my mind.

Address one. Get used to that. Tweak it to better address another. Once step is better than no steps.

I try to have the “perfect day” (or close to it) and repeat that same food real often. Makes it easier.

I agree with @alatariel75- pick one thing. Once you feel confident with that then choose your next thing. Trying to do it all at once will leave you overwhelmed and will your brain will fight you.

Yep, agree with others: Pick your priority item, focus on turning that positive change into a routine habit. Once that's running pretty well as a new habit without having to constantly micromanage, pick the next highest priority and work to make that one a new habit. Keep going like that with manageable changes, and I'd bet you can surprise yourself with your progress over a few weeks/months.

    Best wishes!
