Vlog Day 6

Yesterday Update: Tried to ball and it was once again flat so I walked the boys then went to the store and bought a new basketball and an air pump. When I got back a new ball was there that was great! Looks like I have a backup… Anyway played for 15 minutes then had a small lunch. Around 2 I tried to go swimming but the pool was freezing! While my son swam (he called me a wimp) I sunbathed and then went back to the court. I played for 20 minutes this time and by the end of the day was well over my 7000 steps.

Thinking of bumping up my step count to 7500…small increments! Had a good dinner and slept okay.

Today's plans: Dog walk of course and I might try to do another after dinner. I feel I should do something after my biggest meal of the day before I rest. I've seemed to hit my first plateau weight wise I've been the same for 3 days now. Trying not to let it bother me.

I plan to play more basketball but wondering if I should add some kind of a workout or finally get that hulahoop thing off the shelf...Maybe start small and just do 5-10 minutes...Not sure how to log it though.

Not sure if the swimming will work out again today. When are they gonna fix that pool heater!?
