Intro

Hi! I'm a 36 yr old nursing student. My first semester was extremely stressful and I ate my feelings every day. Now I weigh more than I ever have and I'm trying to take better care of myself. This is my first time tracking calories and macros, so any advice is appreciated!

    Load up your fridge and cabinets with low calorie food YOU LIKE! Take low calorie treats with you. For instance fruit, veggies, unsweetened fat-free/low fat yogurt and cottage cheese. But only if you like them.

    Good job getting through your first semester!! I’m a nurse practitioner and remember the stress in nursing school. You got this, and now you have a whole community of supportive friends!
