it’s been a few years since I’ve used this app. Been on a journey to loose weight past year and be healthier. 45 yo female and weighing 151 lbs. I would like to go down to 140 as it helps my knees. I stand all day at work and always up and down. Hoping to find some help here and maybe some new recipes. Hello everyone 🙏🏻
