Last two day update:

I've been kinda down in the dumps the last two days and haven't made my walking goals or done much but mope, but I haven't eaten much either so it might work itself out.

Reminding myself to drink water has been my biggest challenge. I've been able to keep up with 5 glasses a day, which has been great for me.

I spent most of yesterday in the car driving across the state to our 40 acres. We had to drop off a spare vehicle at our property since we're about to make a trip to VA for the next job and I can't drive two vehicles at the same time.

If anybody knows of any cool things to do in VA about an hr from Roanoke let me know!

Today Update:

Probably gonna be spending most of today in the car getting back so I won't have much progress. Last I weighed though I was at 176lbs which is about a 4lbs loss so far!

Anytime I'm laying down to read or before bed I've been throwing in some sporadic ab workouts I know and I'm feeling a little more thin in my skin! Gotta start toneing that hanging belly otherwise it really will hang. Lol

If anyone has any recommendations on ab exercises I'd appreciate it. So far I'm just doing scissor kicks and laying down knee lifts.
