Hi everyone! I used MyFitnessPal a few years ago, and now I’m back! I’m 63, I workout 6 days a week, strength training and treadmill or bike for cardio. My nemesis has always been food…snacking in particular! I don’t need to lose a lot of weight, my focus now is eating healthy and reducing my sugar intake. I’ve done it before but it has never lasted, so I decided to join again and with the support of a group of like minded people I’m going to be successful in making long term changes!
