Hey, I’m Gareth & I’ve been using this app on & off for several years & since Christmas I’ve been on a mission & I’ve lost 57 lbs & I’m currently 203 lbs. Eating healthy & steady exercise is the key & apart from a few “OFF” days I’m feeling great. I was overweight for a few years due to chronic back problems but last September I had surgery to correct it & now I have a goal to become healthy & stronger. I’m considering joining a gym to work on my upper body but a little worried due to my back. I’m thinking slow & steady but any advice you guys or gals can give me would be appreciated. Cheers
