Running Challenge 80 miles/16 days

I need some advice from people who do a lot of jogging!!!
I have joined a challenge on this application called Strava. The Challenge is called “Mizuno Mt. Fuji Challenge”. Basically it’s a challenge that celebrates the impressive climb to the peak of this mountain. Doing this challenge I have to run 80 miles in 16 days.
The problem is that I am an occasional jogger. I once in while run 5 km and now I have to run at least 5 miles per day to finish the challenge. Aside from the fact that I’m discovering new muscles, I have a MAJOR UPSET STOMACH.
I’ve been doing this challenge for now 3 days and I feel super nauseated. It’s like if I’m having indigestion after every run I do.
Any suggestions, for a dietary change while doing this type of activity.

have a look at runnersworld.co.uk they have loads of advice. try to stay away from too much fibre before a run, make sure you're eating/drinking something afterwards to help repair n stave off the aches as well as stretching too. but seriously have a look on runnersworld x0
