    I'm new to this as well, but I'll give it a whirl...

    My starting weight will be from Friday being as that's the day I like to do my weekly weigh-ins.

    I would love to do this. I lost weight over 6 years ago but recently have seen the weight creeping back on. I need challenges to refocus on my health!! week one challenge - log my meals daily!
