As far as I know, you can't.
I assume you're talking about inherent sugar (like in fruit) vs. added sugar (like white sugar or HFCS put into foods). MFP doesn't currently have a way to track added sugar separately.
Honestly, the sugar isn't different. It's just that inherent sugars (like in fruit) bring along fiber, micronutrients, and other useful things, while added sugars are pretty much just calories. Get too much added sugar, and we'll either go over sensible calories in order to get all necessary nutrition, or not get adequate nutrition while eating at the right calorie level.
If you want to reduce added sugars, cut down on the amount of commercial prepared foods you use, sugared soda/tea/coffee/energy drinks; avoid too much candy or baked goods; and don't add much sugars/syrups to foods you cook. Read labels - nutrition facts and ingredients - to avoid foods that contain lots of added sugar.
I did best working on getting the nutrients I need into the calorie level I need to eat to reach and stay at a healthy weight. When I took that approach, added sugars gradually dropped out of my eating routine.
Best wishes!
