What foods do you guys recommend for a lean bulk?

Hi. I’m a young male currently hitting a lean bulk and I would like to know what kinds of foods you guys would recommend that have high protein but also low fat. A lean bulk requires minimal amounts of fat compared to a traditional bulk, while also maintaining consuming high amounts of protein. I usually shop at Kroger so any Kroger shoppers that could assist would be helpful. Feel free to add me as well!

First, minor correction: a lean bulk is not defined by having minimal amount of fat, but by having a minimal increase in calories. Meaning instead of eating EVERYTHING to gain weight, you eat enough to maintain current weight, then add 250-500 per day on top. The extra can come from any macro (yes, even fat), but as long as your total eaten for the day is at Maintenance+250, and you get plenty of protein (0.7-1g/lb BW), then you're good to go.
