Need to stay motivated pls😳

So I was at the doctors office and when I got weighed the scale said my weight went down 10lbs from my January appointment. I now have stage 2 Lymphedema and possible Lipedema. I’ve always been an emotional eater and want to lose weight for the sake of my health. I would like some motivation to keep logging and going pls🥺🥺.
