I was in Spark people, and loved it. My user name was genre009. I have been in MyFitnessPal off and on but never joined the ccommunitycommunity

    That’s really nice to hear! It sounds like Spark People gave you a great experience. I’m happy you’re giving MyFitnessPal another try. What kind of goals or support are you hoping to find this time around?

    I want to get off my roller coaster of losing, and gaining weight. I have learned a lot from WW. I don't have their app, but their .com, so I am limited Ilimited in it's resources. But that isn't hindering me cause I am very resourceful also, I know a lot about nutrition and disease, and cures, and longevity. I guess I just hope to find people that make this journey fun for mememememe
