Hi…I just started this app and it really puts in perspective about my calorie intake. I am 55 years old and for the first time I am struggling with weight gain to due menopausal crazy hormones. I learned that this weight has to be addressed differently which one way is by keeping your cortisol down and to do strength training. I am not doing any HRT and trying it the natural way. This app helps me to think twice of running to the bakery because I don’t want to waste my good calories and I also understand that low estrogen causes rapid fat accumulation. I do walk about 30 to one hour a day and lift weights. I am increasing my protein intake as well. Any tips are appreciated.
