Back in the US

Well I am back in Florida, as some of you might know we lived in Spain for 5 years then my husband had a severe stroke ,I had him transported by medic-Air to the US so now he is in a care facility here in Gainesville ,I live with my youngest daughter and visit him every day. Life really can turn upside down in a blink of an eye.
I am still working out and watching what i eat (most of the time)😉
