I need motivation before I throw away last 8 months

I am four weeks out of my first competition (fitness model) and I have still got to lose my belly fat
I just feel so low today
I feel that I have not got enough time and feel like packing it all in today and having a good dinner instead of a protein shake followed by a cheesecake instead of a rice cake with low fat cheese! HELP!!!

If your looking to throw in the towel and your trying to be a fitness model.. I don't think your going to get very far.. Most of those people have got it down to a science on their cut/bulk cycles.
And if you put 8 months into this.. I mean 8 months.. what is 1 more..0 -
