Struggling on Weight Watchers

Anyone on here that formerly were using Weight Watchers and struggling? How are you doing on this app?

I'm a former WW and I'm much happier on MFP. Honestly, the WW program has just gone nuts. The 0 point food list means I can have a 1600+ calorie day and still be chastised by the app for not eating any of my allocated points, which encourages… what? Smashing a block of chocolate to get my blue dot? It makes no sense anymore.

I tried WW 3 times, failed 3x. Mfp is a much better fit for me and my personality.

I was successful at using WW for about 6 months in 2023 and was able to lose 15 lbs. I quit due to the discount being over. I ended up gaining it back when I stopped using it. I’m trying it again and like how it now counts calories and macros. It started a few months ago. I like the community on the WW app, and it seems to be too crowded on MFP. I’m considering to go back and forth week by week or month by month between MFP and WW. WW points are definitely easier. But, I do monitor my protein and now my fiber, so I don’t over empasize over 0 point foods. I want to see how I can build better accountability relationships on MFP. WW does a better job at that, yet cost a lot more.
