Finally Sticking With MFP

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I’ve used MFP on and off for a few years, but this time I’m actually sticking with it. Logging isn’t something I thought I’d ever enjoy, but weirdly, it’s become part of my routine now. Not perfect everyday, but it’s helping me stay honest without beating myself up.
I’m 37, from Quebec. Used to weigh around 260 back in my early 30s. I wasn’t active, didn’t pay attention to what I ate, and honestly just felt stuck for a long time. Slowly chipped away at it, and now I’m around 200. Been maintaining for over a year, which still feels kinda strange some days.
I’m not following any strict plan. Just trying to eat decent food most of the time, move a bit, and track without going overboard. I still have snacks. I still mess up some days. But overall, it feels doable now.
Would love to hear from others who are either working on maintaining or just getting into logging seriously. What’s something that’s helped you stay consistent? Always looking for small tips that don’t feel like a full-time job.
Looking forward to getting to know the community a bit more.
