Steps not tracking

Hi 👋
I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but my steps aren't tracking in the app? I've got my Smart Watch connected along with the Samsung Health app (selected in MFP as primary tracking app), but it's still at 0 every day. Just to confirm, I am doing steps 😅 has anyone else had this? Thank you 😊
