Hi, guys!! I am new to myfitnesspal. I am so excited to be apart of this community. I love making new friends, and love hearing different perspectives. My goal is to grow daily and always keep learning! I downloaded myfitnesspal to track my calories bc I have been working out for a little over a month now…and still feel like crap. I realize I have only been contributing 20% and it is time to work on the other 80% so I can see those results😜 Also, if any of you have experience with comfort eating... your girlie could use some help🫣 It does seem to be my cardinal sin.... well, thanks again guys, and I can't wait to be apart of this community😁
