there’s nowhere on here to list food/ exercise restrictions or preferences. I’m a one legged diabetic with ckd. I’ll never get the steps they targeted me for. I can’t eat a lot of the ingredients in their recipes and while not allergic I just don’t eat fish.

    Hi, welcome

The meal plans and ideas are suggestions. You can always change to what is good for you :)

Not to be dismissive of the good stuff MFP offers, but it's just not that smart. What it is is customisable. You can adjust your calorie and macro goals, your step goals etc in line with your needs but unless your needs are those of the average person, you're going to have to source that information from elsewhere and plug it in here.

Regarding the meal plans, that's very new and I don't even know if it's still in testing. It doesn't seem ideal if they don't have a way to indicate preferences…
