Return Missing Functionality to Food Diary

TLDR; In new web browser layout: 1. Can't press enter to save when editing Food Diary, 2. Can't use zero or negative numbers when editing Food Diary
I'll start with the fact that I'm not a fan of the new diary on web browser. But we're probably stuck with it, so I digress.
The old diary let you press the enter key to save an entry when editing. As of now you have to click the Save button.
The old diary also let you set the number of servings to zero or a negative number when editing an existing entry. As of now the value has to be different from the pre-existing value (this is different from before, but fine) and a positive number. Before I may have found a meal in MFP but I've modified the recipe, and adding negative servings of ingredients helped offset the nutritional difference. For example, if I add 1 less tbsp of butter to a box of mac & cheese, I would add the mac & cheese to the diary normally, then add -1 servings of butter to reduce it by the correct amount. For now this can still be done from the Add Food page, but not when editing an existing diary entry.
Additionally on that point, and far more important to me personally, I copy meal blocks day to day for foods that I eat routinely every day (coffee, vitamins, morning granola bar, etc.), using the quick tools "copy yesterday". In the morning I would copy the previous day's breakfast, then set all values to 0, because I had not eaten yet. Then as I have cups of coffee, or breakfast, or my vitamins, I would edit the values as I go. This helps me remember how much caffeine I've had, and acts as a reminder that I need to take my vitamins at dinner because I see it there in my log, but it's 0. As previously stated however, editing existing entries cannot be set to zero, so I can't do this anymore. Since the Add Food and Quick Add pages are still in the old format I can add negative/zero values there, but in the new Food Diary existing entries cannot be edited as such. I'm aware of the ways to add zero value items to the diary (for now), but at reduced convenience. I'd wager when those other pages get changed to the new layout they'll also lose the functionality unless feedback is taken into consideration.
I can live with a different layout and/or appearance, but reduced convenience/functionality for an "upgrade" that wasn't asked for is a big letdown.
