on a health journey. I am not new to fitness pal or working out but lost motivation. I do barre at a dance studio 2 times a week for an hour at a time. My goal is to up my elliptical from 15 mins to 30mins. I also have a goal to walk more than 1 mile a day. Im looking at doing the 21 day fix again for the exercises but not sure.

My eating is all over the board ( mostly don't eat enough) I struggled with my weight for years I was always called fat even at 130 pounds ( im 5'2 and been that height since 7th grade) I use to not eat which has done long term damage on my body. Last weigh in at doctors 2 weeks ago I was 327 lbs.
