1 RED BELL PEPPER,CUT INTO SLICES OR SQUARES
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER ,CUT INTO SLICES OR SQUARES
1 15OZ CAN BLACK BEANS
SHREDDED CHEESE
1 LARGE PACKAGE TORTILLAS
PREPARATION;
1.) SPRAY LARGE FRY PAN WITH VEGETABLE COOKING SPRAY
2.) COOK THE CHICKEN STRIPS OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL BROWNED (ABOUT 1-2 MINUTES)
3.) ADD TOMATOES, TACO SEASONING, AND CUT UP BELL PEPPERS
4.) IN A SEPERATE PAN, HEAT BLACK BEANS ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS ON CAN
5.) SERVE BY LAYERING BEANS, THEN CHICKEN MIXTURE,THEN SHREDDED CHEESE ONTO WARMED TORTILLAS.

Fajitas are awesome and super easy to make and can be healthy when done at home, I eat them almost weekly!
El Paso makes a fajita seasoning pack if you don't want to use taco seasoning. Also if you have a safeway look for their offbrand fajita seasoning packet, I like that the best out of all the ones I have tried!0 -
"Almost instant"? That sounds like a basic fajitas recipe. Yummy, but I don't see how it's any quicker.0
