Hello, I hope this gets to the right people.

I have been a member 2008. This morning I logged in my breakfast. By lunch, I lost ALL my years worth of recipes. Had to sign in again and I'm back at day one. To top that off I was a premium member. PLEASE, tell me the system went down and will be restored soon.

    Hi

    You are on a forum of users for motivation and support….not for the website support. Down at the bottom of categories is Tech support and questions, try that and also Contact us. I had a problem once and although it was a canned response (so sorry we'll fix it) they did fix it.

    @cupcakes8kr4269 you need to contact customer support and they help to restore your streak and hopefully get your recipes back!
