Hey my name is Aimee and I just started a week ago with tracking my food and exercising. I am almost 40 and am trying to live healthier and lose weight. If anyone has some tips for me on anything please feel free to message me. I would love to have a support group to help keep me motivated.

    That first week’s always rough, but you’re doing great.. Just focus on being steady, not perfect. That’s what helps me too. Wishing you the best as you keep going.
