Introduction

Hello i’m new to fitness and I just started tracking my food intake for the first time after learning about macros. I have a goal to lose 20 pounds and I have started to exercise more over The summer. I am a mom with three kids ages 17, 13, and 10. I also have a very busy work schedule that is usually very sedentary and a long commute where I sit in my car most of the day and pick kids up all over the city.
