Orangetheory, MFP, and vegan

I've found I NEED exercise to keep my diet on track. I finally got my weight back to where I'm comfortable since the pandemic. I could be a little lighter for health reasons, but I've been yo-yo-ing since the Transformation challenge ended.
I decided to brainstorm with an OTF coach on what I could improve to stop this yo-yo-ing. She said we know your exercising enough. I felt like my food intact was pretty good. Still she said how about use MFP to check in and see.
Only took 2 days of logging to see that I could improve my night time noshing. I felt like I didn't eat enough during the day. Well found out that I am. :D
I'm enjoying being back on MFP. Logging and seeing how I can improve my macros and control my night time eating.

Maybe relavent or not, after finally losing weight and getting active again (like I used to be before the desk job), it did take some time for my meals to normalize, and a lot of it was I wasn't eating enough for breakfast and lunch, nor enough carbs, and most of my activity was in the morning (exercise/walking) and early in the day (more walking). I still had the diet mentality going on from the diet phase and hadn't fully moved onto the eating phase to support my active / normal weight lifestyle. But once those adjustments were made, it calmed down fine.
