Consistent eating habit for people who work rotating shift

Good evening everyone,
Hope you all had a productive day! 😋

Just wanted to share a little step I’m taking toward building a more regular eating habit as a full-time Nurse.

Kevin advised me to create a meal plan that fits around my ever-changing shifts — something that can help me stay consistent with my meals throughout the day.

It’s a small change, but I’m hoping it will make a big difference! 🌿
