Inspired by 30 Days of Accountability

I’m inspired by the other user doing her 30 days of accountability and want to do something similar. I’ve been trying to lose the same 10 pounds for a year and haven’t made any progress, hoping this will help me.


I was 141 lbs this morning and have an ultimate goal of 125 lbs, but my end of July goal is 135 lbs.

    Weight: 138.8

    Exercise: 15 mi bike ride and 6 mile walk

    Steps: 18,000

    Breakfast: collagen matcha and big bowl of fruit

    Lunch: chocolate protein mug cake

    Donner: chicken breast with brussel sprouts and sweet potato

    Dessert: square of dark chocolate and almond butter stuffed date
